This area is open year round. Access to Regina Valley is via Cassel Flat Hut. The terrain is difficult and only isolated areas can be gained above the valley floor.

Foot access: Access to Regina Valley is via Cassel Flat Hut (4 - 6 hr from SH 6). From Cassel Flat Hut 2-3 hr to Regina Creek walkwire, 5-6 hr to head of Regina basin

Notes

Terrain difficult and only isolated areas can be gained above the valley floor. Tahr mainly on upper true left at head of Regina basin. Chamois present in moderate numbers and some deer in low numbers in valley floor.
